To attend this in-person event, participants MUST register (see above tab) NO LATER THAN 1600 hrs on 01 February 2024 in order to confirm identification and security clearances. Submissions after this time/date WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

The Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directorate (IWTSD), formerly the Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office (CTTSO), will hold a one-day classified Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) on 8 February 2024 with two sessions from 0800-1200 hrs and 1300-1700 hrs. 

On-site day-of event check-in will begin one half hour before each session, at 0730 hrs and 1230 hrs. A photo ID is required to get onto the BAH grounds and to receive your venue attendance badge; participants are required to wear this badge at all times during the event. Food is not permitted in the meeting rooms.

Until 08 February 2024, vendors may request a copy (when officially released approximately two to four weeks after event) of the IWTSD classified Broad Area Announcement (BAA) on this registration site. Vendors must have classified storage capability to receive a copy of the BAA. Vendors are welcome to work with partner companies with classified storage capability to get a copy of the BAA. 

Please Note: Only in-person event attendees will have an advanced look at the BAA. In-person attendees will be able to ask questions from the end-users regarding the proposed projects. The BAA will not be finalized until two to four weeks after the Industry Day. At that time, if so requested, the final BAA will be sent out to approved vendors.

ELECTRONICS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY, however, there will be small PED lockers or table space available.

How to reach BAH:

• From Baltimore: Take I-95 South to Washington. When I-95 turns toward Richmond, follow I-495 West (signs say Silver Spring). Continue on I-495, west and then south, over the state line into Virginia to Exit 46A (Tysons Corner/Route 123 South). Go to the second light and turn right onto International Drive. At the first light, turn left onto Greensboro Drive. Take the second left onto Solutions Drive and another left into the “visitor” lot. The Building sits on the corner of Greensboro and Solutions Drives.
• From Dulles Airport: Take the Dulles Access Road and exit to Route 7 East. After the first light on Route 7, begin merging left, and make a left turn onto Westpark Drive. Go up the hill one block to the next light and turn right on Greensboro Drive. Once on Greensboro, you can see the campus one block up on your right. To park, turn right on Solutions Drive just before the campus, and then left into the visitor lot.
• Public Transit: Take the Metrorail Orange Line to the West Falls Church Station. (If you need to transfer to the Orange Line, consult the maps at your station). After exiting West Falls Church Station, take the Fairfax County Connector (bus) #427. The buses stop in front of Booz Allen at 8283 Greensboro Drive.
• Visitor parking is available in designated areas in front of the building. All visitors must sign-in at the reception desk in the main lobby.
