We welcome you to participate in the TOS FY19 Tactical Operator Requirements Meeting & CTTSO FY17 SOF Support Review being held on 19-21 SEP 2017 at the Booz Allen Hamilton Conference Center in McLean, VA.

On-site Registration and Security:

Processing and Badging

Registered participants identification and security clearances will be verified and a badge will be issued in the first-floor Newman Auditorium lobby of Booz Allen Hamilton beginning at 0700 on 19-21 SEP. Participants are required to wear this badge at all times during the event. A photo ID is required to receive your badge and IDs will be checked daily.

How to reach the Venue in McLean
Departing from National Airport:
Go north on the George Washington Parkway to Route 123 South. Go about 4 1⁄2 miles on Route 123. After passing under I-495, watch for International Drive, where you will turn right. At the first light, turn left onto Greensboro Drive. Take the second left onto Solutions Drive and another left into the “visitor” lot. The Building sits on the corner of Greensboro and Solutions drives. (8283 Greensboro Drive.)

Departing from Dulles Airport:
Take the Dulles Access Road and exit to Route 7 East. After the first light on Route 7, begin merging left, and make a left turn onto Westpark Drive. Go up the hill one block to the next light and turn right on Greensboro Drive. Once on Greensboro, you can see the campus one block up on your right. To park, turn right on Solutions Drive just before the campus, and then left into the visitor lot.

Public Transit:
Take the Metrorail Silver Line to the Greensboro Metro Station. After exiting Greensboro Station East Entrance, follow the walkway to the right and continue around to the right towards the Booz Allen front entrance. To ride Metrorail, you must use a fare card, available from fare card machines at each station. Use your fare card at the gates to enter and exit the system. Your fare card will be deducted automatically upon exiting, and your fare card will be returned to you if it has any remaining value.

Accommodation

Lodging is the responsibility of attendees. The McLean “Tysons Corner” area has a full complement of hotels (
Google Maps link to hotels), as well as restaurants and shopping malls. When making hotel reservations, keep in mind that some of the hotels may not offer a government rate. The current per diem rate can be found at http://www.gsa.gov/portal/category/100120, McLean is included under the “District of Columbia” primary destination group.
